NOT SO FAST!

I was listening to a news story about immigration from Haiti on one of my favorite radio stations. The news announcer was explaining how one could apply to immigrate here. Afterwards he cautioned, "Only those with no substantial criminal record can apply." I thought it quite interesting that our government would investigate people's criminal histories before it would allow them to fill out an application!
