CLEAN AIR ACT(IONS)

I came out of the local library and quickly tried to dash past a fellow with a cigarette in his hand who was trying to get people to sign a petition. Failing to evade his attention I heard him call to me and ask if he could have a moment of my time. I looked back at him and quickly said, "You could if you weren't smoking that cigarette so that I can't breathe anywhere near you."

As I continued to walk away, I heard him explaining that the petition that he was asking people to sign was regarding the Clean Air Act!
