FINE PRINT

I saw a sign advertising "Videos, 88¢", and did not notice the words "and up" in smaller letters underneath the ¢ symbol. I walked in the store and asked the attendant, "So is every video in the store 88 cents?" He pointed out that the sign said 88 cents and up and spoke about how nobody saw the words "and up" on the sign. I looked again at the sign and noted that the entire height of the letters in the words "and up" was less than the thickness of the lines used to make the other words. Funny how people didn't notice that part!
