To Continue or Not To Continue

John was instructed to interview the company's employees who were over 35 years old and who had been involved in an accident in the past year in which they were injured but still have a license to drive. He was instructed to call and interview them at home because they wanted to verify the date of the accident and so wanted the person to have access to his or her records in case he/she couldn't remember the exact date.
He called one of the numbers on the list and started asking the person the questions on a script that was given to him to read.
"What is your age?"
"Have you been involved in an automobile accident in the last year?"
"Were you injured?"
"Are you currently driving?"
"Thank you. I will call you back another time." John said, and discontinued the survey.
Why did John discontinue the survey?
